Please read in advance our document on the privacy policy implemented by AYSOLAR LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as “iSolar”) in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”. This document is aimed at regulating legal relations related to the collection, processing and storage of personal data of users of the iSolar website.

iSolar cares about ensuring the right of Ukrainian citizens to privacy and implements an open, fair, impartial and transparent privacy policy set forth in this document, hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement). If after reading this Agreement you agree with its principles and provisions, you automatically confirm your consent to the further use of our Internet resource. If you have any objections to any of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, you may express your disagreement by leaving this site.

1. Definition of terms

1.1. The “Administration of the iSolar website”, hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”, are authorized employees of iSolar who are responsible for providing information services through the Internet resource https://www.isolar.com.ua, as well as collecting, processing, using and storing personal data of users and performing other actions related to such data.

1.2. The “User of the iSolar website”, hereinafter referred to as the “User”, is any person who visits any page of the Internet resource https://www.isolar.com.ua in order to obtain information, purchase solar power plants or other goods and services presented on the website.

1.3. “Personal Data of Users”, hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”, is any information that directly or indirectly relates to a specific individual, in particular a user of the iSolar website.

1.4. “Processing of personal data of users” means any action or set of actions performed with personal data using automated means or without them, in particular: collection, storage, systematization, analysis, use, transfer, clarification, blocking, deletion or destruction.

1.5. “Confidentiality of personal data” is a requirement defined by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data”, which provides for the prevention of dissemination or distribution of personal data of the user without his/her clearly expressed, explicit and unambiguous consent. The iSolar administration strictly adheres to the principles of confidentiality of personal data of users.

1.6. Cookies are certain data sent by the server of the website https://www.isolar.com.ua and stored on the user’s device in order to speed up access to the website pages and save the user’s basic settings.

2. What this Confidentiality Agreement covers

2.1. When a user purchases a product on the iSolar website, submits a request for advice or a price request for solar power plants (their components), uses an online calculator or otherwise interacts with the website functionality, he or she automatically gives consent to the processing of personal data by iSolar and the Administration.

2.2. The User agrees to the processing of his/her personal data by the iSolar Website Administration in the following scope: collection, storage, clarification, use, distribution, blocking and destruction. The consent also applies to the use of personal data for iSolar’s marketing research, compilation of statistics, analytics and interaction with the user (phone calls, SMS, e-mail, etc.).

2.3. The User agrees to interact with the Administration and employees of iSolar through direct contacts by various means of communication, in particular by phone calls, SMS messages, e-mail, if he leaves his contact information on the website.

2.4. The iSolar Company, represented by the Site Administration, collects the following personal data of Users:

  • 2.4.1 User’s last name, first name, and patronymic;
  • 2.4.2 Contact telephone number;
  • 2.4.3 Email address;
  • 2.4.4 Other data (with the user’s consent and clarification).

3. Purpose of collecting and processing personal data

3.1. iSolar, represented by the Administration of the website https://www.isolar.com.ua, collects and processes personal data of users for the following purposes:

  • 3.1.1 Identification of a user who has already been registered or has previously placed an order or consultation;
  • 3.1.2 Providing information support and services;
  • 3.1.3 Providing personalized services;
  • 3.1.4 Contacting the user to clarify data, provide services, and conduct marketing activities;
  • 3.1.5 Improving the quality of services and developing new ones;
  • 3.1.6 Conducting market research and processing statistical data.

4. What kind of personal data we collect

4.1. The website https://www.isolar.com.ua automatically collects the following data: cookies, user’s IP address, information about the use of network resources.

4.2. Personal data that identifies an individual is provided by the user voluntarily, only with their own consent.

5. Methods and terms of personal data processing

5.1. iSolar processes personal data without limitation of storage period and in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation, using both automated means and without them.

5.2. iSolar does not transfer personal data to third parties without the user’s consent, except as provided for by the laws of Ukraine and the agreement concluded with the user.
