At our iSolar online store, you can place an order online at any time—24/7, including weekends. All orders submitted outside of business hours are processed on the next business day.
Phone orders are accepted Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m .
We strive to respond to every order as quickly as possible. Our inventory is regularly restocked, as we maintain constant contact with our official suppliers and can quickly reorder the products we need. The availability of products on our website is updated daily.
Courier Delivery — We’ll deliver your order right to your door, anywhere in Ukraine.
Pickup at a branch — you can pick up your order at a Nova Poshta warehouse in your city.
Parcel locker — you can receive orders weighing up to 10 kg via a Nova Poshta parcel locker by selecting this delivery method when placing your order.
Pickup in Khmelnytskyi (by prior arrangement). You can pick up your order after it has been confirmed and stock availability has been verified.
For large orders, the delivery method is arranged on a case-by-case basis. A manager will help you choose the best option.
Shipping — within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or in the evening are processed the next business day
Shipping costs are paid by the recipient in accordance with the carrier’s rates.
Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with our bank details for payment.
Pay for your purchase with Visa or MasterCard during checkout. The system will redirect you to a secure payment page.
We ship orders after receiving a 30% prepayment. The remaining amount is paid upon receipt of the goods.
