Delivery and payment
In our iSolar online store, you can place an order online at any time – 24/7, seven days a week. All applications sent outside of business hours are processed on the next business day.
Orders by phone are accepted from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00
We strive to respond to each order as quickly as possible. Our warehouse is regularly replenished, as we maintain constant contact with official suppliers and are able to quickly order the necessary products. Availability on the website is updated daily.
Courier delivery – we will deliver the goods directly to your door in any corner of Ukraine.
Delivery to the branch – you can pick up the goods at the Nova Poshta warehouse in your city.
Post office– you can receive goods up to 10 kg through the Nova Poshta post office by choosing this delivery method when placing an order.
Pickup in Khmelnytskyi (by prior arrangement). You can pick up the goods after confirming the order and checking the availability of the goods.
For large orders, the delivery method is agreed individually. The manager will help you choose the best option.
Dispatch – within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.Requests made on weekends or in the evening are processed the next business day
The recipient pays the delivery cost according to the carrier’s tariffs.
Pay for your purchase with Visa or MasterCard during checkout. The system will redirect you to a secure payment page.
After confirming the order, we will provide bank details for payment.
We send orders after a 30% prepayment. The remaining amount is paid upon receipt of the goods.
Payment can be made in cash at the showroom in Khmelnytskyi, 3/3 Zarichanska St.
