Returns and exchanges

1. Return and exchange of goods of good quality

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, the buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of good quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt (the day of receipt is not taken into account).

The return of the purchased goods is possible under the following conditions:

  • preservation of the product’s presentation, consumer properties, original packaging, seals and labels;
  • availability of a document confirming the fact of purchase (invoice, cash register or sales receipt);
  • no traces of use;
  • absence of damage.

2. The procedure for returning goods of good quality

A return request must be sent to the following e-mail address of AYSOLAR LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as AYSOLAR LLC): shop@isolar.com.ua or in the messenger by phone number: +380 63 112 78 10. A sample application is provided by the manager in the messenger upon request.

The application for the return of goods is attached:

  • a copy of the document confirming the purchase of the goods (receipt or invoice);
  • a copy of the identity document.

Upon receipt of the goods and a written application, Aisolar LLC shall refund the funds to the buyer within 30 banking days by means of a non-cash transfer to the buyer’s bank account, according to the payment details specified by the buyer, less delivery costs.

3. Return of goods of inadequate quality

An improper product is a product that does not meet the requirements established for such a product category in regulatory legal acts and the terms of the contract concluded with the buyer;

The buyer is obliged:

  • check the appearance and completeness of the goods upon receipt;
  • confirm acceptance of the goods by signing the delivery note or delivery receipt.

Claims regarding the appearance, quantity, completeness or obvious defects of the goods shall not be accepted after the buyer has received the goods, unless such claims are made immediately.

In the event of a defect:

  • submit a written claim, which shall be sent to the e-mail address of Aisolar LLC specified in these rules.

Aisolar LLC may conduct a technical inspection or examination of the goods returned by the buyer to determine their quality.

After the defect is confirmed, they are possible:

  • replacement of goods with similar ones;
  • refund within 30 days after the defect is confirmed.

4. Terms of return

To return a product, you must:

  • apply for a refund;
  • attach a copy of the sales receipt or invoice;
  • provide an identity document;
  • transfer the goods in a complete set with all the elements provided for in the technical documentation;
  • make sure that the goods have no mechanical damage or signs of use.

5. Refunds.

Refunds are made:

  • to the buyer’s bank card specified in the application;
  • or in cash if the goods were paid for in cash.

Refunds are made only after receiving the goods and all necessary documents – within 30 banking days from the date of receipt of the goods.
