Loan for a solar power plant

“Grindim provides reimbursement for the purchase and installation of solar power plants and related equipment.

Condominiums or housing cooperatives can take advantage of the program and receive reimbursement of up to 70% of the cost of equipment, audit and certification of the energy efficiency of the building. The maximum grant amount is UAH 1 million (for the installation of a solar power plant) and UAH 15 thousand (for energy efficiency certification).

Business owners, condominiums, and housing cooperatives have the opportunity to receive preferential loans at 5%, 7%, or 9% (depending on the loan amount, business size, and project) from Ukrainian banks for the purchase of solar panels, inverters, and electricity storage systems.

Condominiums and housing cooperatives can take advantage of the 5-7-9% loan program together with Grindim.

It allows citizens (individuals) to lend up to UAH 480 thousand at 0% (up to 10 years) for the purchase of installations that generate electricity from alternative sources (for example, solar panels with batteries).

Business representatives have the opportunity to receive cashback of up to 25% of the cost of implementing green energy projects. This opportunity can be taken advantage of by cooperating with banks that are partners of the EBRD.
