What will your responsibilities be?

  • Maintaining records of materials, components, and finished goods in the production process.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and identifying the need for materials and components in a timely manner.
  • Preparing purchase orders for production needs.
  • Communication with suppliers: clarifying prices, delivery dates, and product availability.
  • Monitoring the timely delivery of materials to the production department.
  • Maintenance of source documents, delivery notes, reports, and internal transfers.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse, the production team, the purchasing department, and the accounting department.
  • Preparing simple reports on inventory balances, material movements, and production requirements.
  • Ensuring order in record-keeping and assisting in the systematization of production processes.

What do we offer?

  • Understanding how inventory accounting works for goods, materials, stock levels, and internal transfers.
  • Proficient in using software; experience with BAS/1C or other accounting systems is preferred.
