What will your responsibilities be?

  • Research and modeling of business processes; identifying areas for improvement.
  • Developing software requirements and participating in their implementation.
  • Preparation of analytical and technical documentation.
  • Ongoing communication with clients and developers to ensure the effective implementation of solutions.
  • Interacting with internal clients, conducting analyses, and gathering, identifying, and formalizing business requirements.
  • Participation in the automation of the Company’s business processes.
  • Drafting technical specifications for the refinement of system tools and assigning the specifications to developers.
  • Acceptance testing by developers, testing, and implementation of improvements.
  • Writing instructions, giving presentations, and providing training on the implementation of features.
  • The ability to make decisions independently and take responsibility for them.

What do you need to work?

  • Experience in analyzing business processes and formulating and documenting software requirements (BAS KUP, 1C).
  • Proficiency in business analysis methodologies: process modeling, technical documentation development (a plus).
  • Knowledge and practical experience working with typical 1C/BAS configurations.
  • Project management skills: planning, task assignment, monitoring progress, and preparing reports.
  • The ability to interact effectively with the development team and clients, and to find optimal solutions for achieving business goals.
