Responsibilities:

  • Managing installation teams during the installation of solar power plants (SPP).
  • Planning, coordination and control of all stages of construction, from initial installation to commissioning.
  • Ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards at the facilities.
  • Conducting safety briefings and organizing work at the construction site.
  • Maintaining reports on the work performed, materials and equipment.
  • Interaction with designers and engineering departments to optimize construction processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a foreman or head of construction teams of 80-100 people.
  • Knowledge of the technology of installation of metal structures and connection of solar panels, inverters and energy storage systems.

  • Ability to work with drawings and technical documentation.
