Fox Ess delegation visits iSolar for the first time

On November 14, 2025, the iSolar team was honored to host a delegation of the FOX ESS brand in Khmelnytskyi. This meeting was a continuation of our active cooperation and at the same time the beginning of a new stage of relations between the companies. One of the main results of the joint meeting was the signing of an additional memorandum of strategic partnership between iSolar and FOX ESS.

“On October 14, 2024, we started our first cooperation with FOX ESS. A month after that, we received the first Fox equipment from the company. Since then, we have not just been working together, we have been building a partnership that is of particular importance to us. The signing of the strategic partnership memorandum is an important step forward for our cooperation. It is a confirmation of trust, mutual support and a vision of the future that we want to build together,” comments Oksana Komarnytska, COO of iSolar.

As part of the visit, we:

– conducted a tour of iSolar’s offices and introduced the delegation to the team;

– showed the completed projects: two SPPs with a capacity of 200 kW each.

– presented the G-Max energy storage system installed and launched by our specialists;

– organized technical training for our managers from the FOX ESS team on the specifics of working with their equipment.

The signing of the memorandum was followed by a strategic session where the iSolar team and the FOX delegation discussed key areas of cooperation in Ukraine for 2026, including large-scale facilities and joint energy efficiency initiatives.
