iSolar became a partner of the Veteran Business Forum in Khmelnytsky

In June, iSolar became a partner and joined the Veteran to Business forum organized by the Khmelnytsky Regional Military Administration.

For the company, this is not just an event – it is an important platform for dialogue between business and the veteran community. The forum was an opportunity to communicate directly with veterans: we heard their requests to employers, learned about barriers to employment after returning from the front, and shared our experience of adaptation of veterans currently employed by the company.

“I often attend events dedicated to the employment of veterans, and every time I am convinced that they are strong, intelligent, motivated people. They have a lot of life experience, know how to work in a team, learn quickly and take responsibility. We are ready to support them to start their career in solar energy,” says Yulia, iSolar recruiter.

Our team was also impressed by the energy and development of the veteran community at the event. Many of the participants, who have already started their own businesses, were interested in installing solar stations at their production facilities, offices, or fields. For our part, our team shared information about available grant programs and the support provided by the UWA for such initiatives.

“We believe that after this event, not only new acquaintances will appear, but also real collaborations – in the format of hiring, joint projects, or partnerships in the energy sector,” iSolar adds.
