iSolar: we are open to internships and employment for students of technical specialties

One of iSolar’s goals is to support students in choosing technical specialties related to solar energy, to inform young people that there is work for them, and that the industry is promising and highly paid.

iSolar is ready to help students take the first steps in their professional career by providing internship and practice opportunities. Recently, Oksana Komarnytska, COO of the company, and Mykhailo Knysh, CTO, met with the management of Higher Vocational School No. 25 in Khmelnytskyi to discuss cooperation opportunities.

The school trains electricians and electricians, who are in great demand on the market. The school has a strong material and technical base, including a model of a solar power plant, which allows students to acquire practical skills.

“Technical and blue-collar professions are more important than ever for Ukraine. Many young people choose to study at schools, colleges or technical schools, and we want to support them in this choice,” adds Oksana Komarnytska, COO of iSolar.

For our company, the news about the licensing of a new specialty at the school – solar power plant electrician – was important. This opens up new horizons for the training of specialists in the field of solar energy. The iSolar team plans to join the development of the curriculum for this specialty. As Oksana Komarnytska noted:

“This will be our first experience of this kind, but we are happy to share the knowledge gained over the years and the implementation of hundreds of projects. Our task is to create a truly high-quality, rich and balanced curriculum. We want our graduates to have deep and relevant knowledge that will allow them to get an internship and start a career in solar energy faster.”
