iSolar at Energy Efficiency Week 2025: about people, solutions and partnerships
From December 1 to 5, Kyiv hosted the National Energy Efficiency Week 2025 project, which brought together the government, business, educational institutions, and international partners to discuss strategies for Ukraine’s sustainable recovery.
iSolar became a partner of the event and joined the key events of the week.
Veterans and human capital: how we build a systemic approach
iSolar HRD Oleksandra Dovha was a speaker at the discussion circle “Human Capital for Energy Efficient Recovery: Equality of Opportunities as a Condition for Development”. The event was dedicated to finding solutions for inclusive labor market development, in particular for veterans, women, IDPs and youth.
In her speech, Oleksandra shared the experience of launching the iSolar veteran program, which we created together with representatives of the veteran community within the company:
“We believe that veteran experience is about leadership, responsibility and strength. Our goal is not just to open vacancies, but to create conditions for stable development, retraining and adaptation in a new profession for those who defended us. That is why we have launched iSolar Academy, a platform that allows veterans to be trained in the installation of solar power plants and find employment in the industry.”

Participation in the Forum of Energy Managers
In addition to the discussions, the iSolar team joined the Energy Managers Forum, which was the final event of the Energy Efficiency Week. The forum brought together representatives of communities, business, government, and the expert community to develop common approaches to energy management, emissions reduction, and investment in the green economy.
“For iSolar, this week was not only about participation, but also about contribution: to new approaches, to exchange of experience, to search for joint solutions. We are grateful to the organizers for the opportunity to be a part of the platform that shapes the new energy culture of Ukraine,” comments Oksana Komarnytska, COO of the company.
