iSolar at the Job Fair in Khmelnytsky

In November, the HR iSolar team took part in the Job Fair organized by the Khmelnytsky Regional Employment Center.

It was a great opportunity for us to talk about open vacancies, introduce our company to the event participants, and make the first meeting memorable. That’s why the iSolar HR team advised people on resumes at the event and provided a ready-made guide on how to write them and what to pay special attention to.

“It is important for us that as many Khmelnytskyi residents as possible learn about career opportunities at iSolar. We know for sure that we have a great team and we are happy to invite experts to strengthen it even more,” says iSolar HRD Oleksandra Dovha.

As part of the event, we also presented iSolar Academy, the company’s educational initiative that provides an opportunity to acquire a new promising specialty and find a job in the solar energy industry.

Currently, the Academy offers the Solar Power Plant Installation course, after which participants have a real chance to join the iSolar team.
