iSolar conducted internal training for employees in October

We are committed to continuous development, so we regularly organize internal training for our colleagues. One of them was held in October in Khmelnytskyi, where teams from 4 of our offices across Ukraine came: Kyiv, Ternopil, Kamianets-Podilskyi, and our main Khmelnytskyi office.

In particular, we organized training for the Sales Department, where they discussed new trends in solar energy, effective business communication, current trends in the sale of electricity from alternative sources, and the specifics of preferential lending for individuals and legal entities with representatives of partner banks.

Together with our installers, managers, and representatives of solar power plant manufacturers, we discussed the technical features of equipment for solar power plants.

Separately, we conducted training for the iSolar engineering and technical department at the Woodmall shopping center.

We are also happy to have the opportunity to gather offline our employees, whose number is growing every month. During the general meeting, we shared the news of the company’s work in September, presented our import achievements, presented our internal Knowledge Base and familiarized our colleagues with the updated HandBook and company structure.
