iSolar and iSolar Academy at the Fair of Opportunities

The iSolar team and iSolar Academy joined the Fair of Opportunities event organized by the Khmelnytsky branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society in Khmelnytsky region.

It was a special event for us – for the first time we presented iSolar Academy as an investment of our business in solving the personnel crisis. The educational initiative was created for veterans, IDPs, women, youth and anyone who wants to learn a new profession in the promising solar energy industry.

The event included a panel discussion with Anastasia Tsyb-Maievska, Marketing Director of iSolar and iSolar Academy. She shared the company’s experience in investing in education and approaches to the Academy’s development:

“We have already released three iSolar Academy streams and plan to scale up and expand the directions. The staffing crisis cannot be solved with a single vacancy announcement. It can only be overcome systematically – through training, partnerships, and real integration of people into the labor market. This is the path we have chosen as a business.”

The event also featured veteran businesses that received support from the Red Cross Society. The iSolar team advised entrepreneurs on solutions that help:

– reduce electricity costs;

– ensure energy independence during outages;

– generate additional income through electricity sales mechanisms.
