The iSolar team joined the fair of veteran businesses in Khmelnytsky

On March 7, Khmelnytsky hosted a veteran business fair as part of the Forum of Opportunities event, which brought together representatives of the veteran community and business.

The iSolar team joined the event as a company that systematically works with the employment of veterans, develops veteran policy and implements educational initiatives for those returning to civilian life.

The event was aimed at creating a space for sharing experiences, developing partnerships and supporting veteran entrepreneurship in the region.

At the event, the iSolar team presented:

– Employment opportunities in the company: today, more than 10% of the iSolar team is made up of veterans, and we are working to increase this share;

– solutions for businesses in the field of alternative energy: we advised entrepreneurs on how to reduce costs, achieve energy independence and create additional income through solar power plants;

– iSolar Academy is the company’s educational initiative, which provides veterans with training with full reimbursement of the cost and the opportunity for further employment.

For us, participation in such events is not just a presence, but an opportunity to communicate directly with veterans, tell them about career opportunities and hear their requests and wishes for us as an employer.
